Bryan Sechrist is a client focused, high energy, driven individual, that brings an entrepreneurial mentality to work every day. As the Senior Vice President of Development, Bryan is focused on MHM’s strategic growth and expanding national operations, engaging, and building longstanding client and partner relationships across the country. Bryan is known for his expertise in project management, entitlements navigation, financial analysis, and market research. He has a passion for helping our clients’ visions come to life, developing state-of-the-art retail and medical facilities, that deliver best in class customer experience.

 

One of Bryan's core values is ensuring that both the MHM team and our clients are continually poised for success. His approach is rooted in building relationships founded on open communication, unwavering trust, and a shared sense of enjoyment, all of which serve as the bedrock for project success.

 

Prior to joining MHM, Bryan played in integral role in helping a Chicago based startup grow into a $75 million dollar company. Over nearly a decade, he oversaw and expanded the operations department, a tenure marked by a relentless pursuit of operational excellence, prudent budget management, and strategic scaling during rapid company expansion. Bryan's extensive project management and construction experience further enriched his skill set, as he directed multifaceted land development and construction projects both domestically and internationally. This unique blend of experiences seamlessly complements MHM Development's hands-on and entrepreneurial ethos, positioning Bryan as a key contributor to the company's success.
